By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We may update or change these Terms at any time, and any such changes will be posted on this page. It’s your responsibility to review this page periodically.
 

1.3 Account Registration

To make a purchase, you can create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
 

1.4 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the site is 100% accurate or complete. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it.
 

1.5 Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Euro, including applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). Shipping costs may be added at checkout, depending on your location. We accept payments through Wix Payments, which supports various methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, and Maestro), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

All content on our website, including images, logos, text, and product designs, is owned by Ulrika Kristina Artor its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.
 

1.10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
 

2. Shipping Policy
 

2.1 Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:
 

  • Standard tracked shipping (4-10 business days, depending on your location)
     

2.2 Shipping Costs

Free within the EU.

€30 for tracked shipping outside the EU (free for orders over €300).
 

2.3 Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship Original artwork and handmade items within 1-2 business days. Prints from printing facility within 2-7 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location but usually 4-10 business days. 
 

2.4 International Shipping
 

We ship to the following countries: Spain, All EU and EEA-countries, UK, USA, Canada and many other countries.
We do not ship to the following countries due to logistical, regulatory, or political restrictions: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Somalia, Yemen, North Korea and Afghanistan.
Customs Fees: International orders may have customs fees or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

2.5 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
 

2.6 Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions, and we may not be able to ship them to certain countries. You will be notified at checkout if any items are restricted in your country.
 

3 Return and Refund Policy
 

3.1 No Return or Cancellation Policy

As all of our products are either original artwork or print-on-demand items, we do not offer returns or cancellations. These products are considered custom or unique items and are exempt from the 14-day return policy under EU consumer protection laws.
 

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as once the order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or damaged.
 

3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Original artwork (e.g., paintings, sculptures, etc.), as these are unique and exempt from the 14-day return policy under EU regulations for bespoke items.

  • Print-on-demand products (e.g., prints, posters, etc.), as these are created specifically for each order and are exempt from the 14-day return policy.
     

3.3 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hi@ulrikakristinaart.com with your order details and photos of the damage.
We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a solution.

For original artworks, we may not be able to offer a full refund or replacement. Instead, we will assess the situation and may offer compensation or a repair, depending on the circumstances. If the damage is caused by the shipping process, we will help you resolve the issue.

2-Year Warranty under EU Regulations:
In line with EU consumer laws and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we provide a 2-year warranty on products with defects upon delivery. This covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use.

What the warranty covers:
It covers products that are defective upon delivery, including damage from shipping or manufacturing defects (regardning prints from the manufacturer!). If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and we’ll work on a suitable solution.

3.4 Refund Process
As we do not offer returns or cancellations, refunds will only be issued in cases of defective or damaged items. Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), we will inspect it and, if approved, process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
